Please note: For larger kits or custom orders, the shipping time will generally be between 1 and 3 business days from receipt of cleared payment. We inspect each item for flaws prior to shipping and take pride in the meticulous packing and arranging of items inside the package so that it not only is protected during shipping but that it is pleasing to our customers upon first opening. We understand the importance of getting your order to you as quickly as possible in a discreet and unmarked package that is both functional and visually appealing.

Return/Exchange Policy

Although each order is triple-inspected upon shipment, nobody is perfect; either a piece can be flawed or an order may contain items not intended. In the case of flawed items or incorrect pieces received, we will gladly exchange any UNOPENED and UNUSED items that are returned and received by us within 7 days of receipt. Due to the nature of these items, we cannot accept returns on our kits or sterile items ordered that have been handled, opened or used in any way, nor can we offer refunds. Because our body piercing kits are STERILE items, ALL SALES ARE FINAL as the sterility of already shipped items has been compromised and are illegal to return through the mail. Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt to inform us of anything that is not right and we will do what we can to make it right.
